Spoke to the rudest office person.
I wanted to ask questions about termite inspection & treatment.
She kept saying things like "What do you wanna know THAT for?"
I was entitled to ask questions; I was the potential customer and wanted to see which company I should have do some work for me.
Anyway, at one point when I asked a question, she said, "Maybe you should go somewhere else!" in a very rude tone.
Suffice to say, I did go somewhere else.
Get a new receptionist.
Maybe the technicians are good but how can one tell if you can't get information and are greeted with extreme rudeness.
