    Unfortunately, I had a unsatisfactory experience dealing with Flagstaff Autobody when I took my Subaru there after my 3 year old scratched a line down the side of the car from the back to the front. Malcom, who said he was one of the owners, took a cursory glance at it and without touching the scratch said i would need five side panels replaced. Being naive, I believed him but I decided to think about it for a few days. On the way home I happen to drive past Beta Panels on Fogarty Road, not too far away, and thought I'd stop off and ask them what they thought. The bloke there spent time examining the scratch and thought he could polish off. I was delighted to say he sorted it out with a smile.
    I conclude that Flagstaff Autobody were either trying to rip me off or they don't know what their talking about...or a combination of both.
    Its a shame cause when I google body shop repairs in the local area, Flagstaff comes up as the first hit and Beta Panels (which has been around for 20 years) doesn't even advertise with google.
