  Stayed here one night as a 50th birthday treat. Lovely hotel and we were looked after (no compliments drink on entry though). Room fairly small but to be expected in London. Well equipped room with complimentary mini bar. Only issue was the staff member who walked in on us without knocking or checking anyone was in the room first!

  Stayed here for 5 nights on a work trip and it was lovely. The location is fantastic, right next to the Bank station underground stop. The beds were comfortable. The shower had good pressure. The tub was great for a nice soak. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was delicious (though a bit pricey). I appreciated the quiet of the area at night. Would certainly stay here again.

  What a great find in this city.!!!!
  
  The staff were extremely friendly and very helpful.!! The hotel was such a cute hotel and the layout was fantastic with lots of cool furnishings and fittings which really added to the vibe.!!
  
  The items I had were amazing and tasty at breakfast. This was our second time and this time the breakfast service was quite limited though that’s why I gave 4 stars
  
  I would recommend this place to anyone coming to the city
  
  Thank you for being so inviting I will be back.!!!

  First time in London as a tourist and we truly enjoyed the level of class, service and hospitality experienced here. The lobby is a beautiful, welcoming sight after a long travel day. We loved that there were restrooms off the lobby also.
  
  The room was nice, very spacious and came with everything we could need. We did find it too warm in the room at times though, no air conditioning I think. Which we learned is common? We also had issues flushing the toilet LOL which I also heard is a user error issue if you’re not from the country.
  
  The hotel’s location is top notch, we were able to walk to most of London’s tourist attractions.
  
  Staff were also very friendly and helpful. They answered our questions with enthusiasm!

  This is a really nice little hotel hidden in the city. Went here for a social gathering, so only saw the lobby and event space. Its a really nice place, convenient for the City of London, really nice facilities and the catering we had was excellent.
