    Not the largest shop but it packs a punch with service, knowledge and range. If you’re new to the idea of an E-Bike stay here and you’ll have a fabulous experience. High standard and quality comes to mind when I think of the Shop and worth every penny. I could get my bike serviced closer but I know the importance of having the right people surrounding you. Thank you for everything ! See you at the next service!

    My experience buying an electric bike from Melbourne Electric Bicycles was very positive. They answered my many questions when I was first browsing in store and provided useful advice to complement my own web research. I could test ride the bikes I was interested in, and my final purchase was at a very good price and ready for pick up within a few days. I look forward to returning to their store for after sales service.

    The team patiently answered my many questions over several phone calls, emails and a visit, and assisted me to select the accessories needed for my bike. They were honest, didnt try to unnecessarily upsell anything to me and the bike was ready super quick. They patiently explained all the functions of the bike before I left with it. And I got a great deal on my purchase. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend!
